Ritani user friendly website makes it easy to personalize your engagement ring. I found the chat box very quick in responding to questions. A truely hassel free jewelry online store. Also, a great place to insure a quality diamond at a great price. You will find great representative to guide you through this process.

I had an effortless transaction with Ritani. This was all due to my specialist, named Tamara, who worked closely with me to hand select each of the 5 diamonds for my 2 carat (tw) 35th anniversary ring. Tamara taught me that I could choose whiter stones (they are D (!!!) color but have a slightly higher inclusion that is not perceivable at all. The result is nothing less that stunning! My ring is so breathtaking that you can’t take your eyes off it! In addition, Tamara was professional yet personable and fun to work with. I will definitely recommend Ritani. Thank you Tamara for an unforgettable anniversary ring!

The staff at Ritani helped me find a replacement diamond that was held up in customs. To meet my delivery date, they offered me a better quality diamond and price matched my original order. Their customer service is beyond excellent.
