Good service

This is a second time , I bought the ring diamond 💍 for my wife. I am very happy with all the staffs : Amanda, Jess, Leah, Amrita, Tiana.... from Ritani. They are very nicely, helpful. This time I am upgrade the old one and resizing another . Waiting to see the new one coming. Thank’s a lot to all you.

I attempted to purchase an engagement ring from Ritani using the financing set up through sychrony. Ritani was very helpful in getting my credit card approved. They assured me a diamond and delivery date. The evening it was to be shipped they informed me the stone was not available at this time. They offered me other stones that would be available by my proposal date 10 days later. I was contacted again the next day letting me know my second choice was also not available. Now they are offering the choice of stones thats price exceed the credit limit on the card I've already opened. I am now stuck with a credit card that only works at Ritani. I'm not sure the diamond I selected was ever available but they did their best to locking me into purchasing from Ritani.

Had a great experience picking out the RIGHT engagement ring. Compared over the phone with multiple diamonds and bands and it was an extremely easy process. Very happy with the ring that I chose.

I worked with Silvia who was very patient and informative in helping me arrange for a return of my diamond and who subsequently helped me pick out another one. I also spoke with Amrita who was just as knowledgeable and polite. I look forward to receiving my new diamond and I am grateful that the lovely ladies at Ritani made it easy! I highly recommend working with both, and the prices are not bad either. :-)

Tianna was extremely nice and helpful. She gave me all the information I needed immediately, and anticipated all of my questions and concerns so that our conversation could be completed in a timely fashion. She is definitely an example of how customer service should always be.
