Very easy to use and have held up good over the 6 months or so I’ve been using the retractable Rhino tie downs

Due to only half came on September 1st by UPS and the other half is coming by USPS on September 10th why I don't know why it didn't come All at once by UPS

Great products that are well made

I got a 4-pack of the 2”x10’ retractable ratchet straps in December 2025. By June of 2026, after light use, one of the straps stopped retracting all the way and would leave about 2’ out. The other 3 have had no issues at all. In August 2026, I filed a warranty claim on the single malfunctioned strap. In less than a week, Rhino USA sent me a brand new two-pack of the straps with no hassle at all. Great customer service. I never leave reviews, but I felt inclined to leave one due to how quickly they stood behind their product/warranty and sent me an additional strap. Highly recommend.

About 2 years ago I was helping my brother and I was using his rhino ratchet straps,amazing,the ease of use,no untangling them,they have some weight to them and they are solid, I went home that day and ordered 4 of the 1”straps and I just received 4-2” these make your job or whatever else you’re doing makes everything easy,neighbors and friends are amazed with these, I have also purchased numerous other rhino products,everything I have bought is well worth the money,good job rhino.

I bought a set of 4 2" rachet straps and 3 out of 4 quit retracting tried getting replacement and I never heard back from them. I thought over 100.00 dollars for 4 would be good quality and warranty. I guess I was wrong. Not happy with quality or customer service. Last year maybe they gotten better.
