Great customer service! Warranty is great! There was a time I bought the gear that did not last and when it broke you just chucked it! This fear is beyond well built and too back it up the service is first class

Bought 4 retractable tie down straps! Loved them until, after 2 uses, one of them would not retract no matter what I did. Got ahold of rhino and just like magic they replaced it!! Awesome product and customer service highly recommended!!

Had an issue with one of the straps I had bought my husband over a year ago. Heard about the warranty and immediately looked into it. Turns out my claim did not go through and they had no record of it. I ended up finding an email address and sent a message. Rhino immediately responded and did not give up until they got me all taken care of. They already have replacement straps in the way. Their customer service is top notch, for sure! We will be a repeat customer for life!! Thank you, Rhino.
