I've had a great experience using the Smart Cupper! I get instant relief from pain, especially when used on my back. I appreciate that the heat is adjustable and that I can use red light on my body to repair cellular damage. For the price, I am happy to have received extra items such as the massage oil, soothing cream, and scraper tool. This is a must-have product and would make a perfect gift! Now that Valentine's Day is coming up, I'll be using it on my boyfriend (;!

This has been an awful experience. They show the product on Amazon as eligible to ship within one day. Yet, I purchased from their site directly, and it's been nearly a month with zero updates. Now they're refusing to cancel and refund my order, claiming it's being processed. This company doesn't seem very trustworthy at all.

Once you file a dispute with your credit card company, they would create a tracking number. It would take another week or so before they ship your order. Freebies that were advertised with your order would not ship either. They are doing this so they can respond to your credit card company that they already fulfilled their obligation. They already know the drill and how to circumvent the rules. My credit card dispute was initially denied and made me pay for the products that I no longer need (meant as a Christmas gift). I wish they would shut down this company.

Don't buy from this company. They drop ship stuff from china. Been waiting 3 weeks and still hasn't been dispatched. When asked for refund they won't do it.

Do Not Buy! I placed an order directly from their website over a month ago and they still haven’t shipped it and they refused to cancel my order for a refund. I contacted them after 3 weeks to find out why it had not shipped yet, where they told me it was about to ship. After another week went by with no progress, I contacted them again and they again said it was about to ship, so I requested that they cancel my order for full refund instead, to which they said no and that I should continue to wait. They’re a rip off, you wont ever receive your product. DO NOT ORDER

I ordered a smart cupping bundle on December 11 for my wife. 7 weeks later it has not arrived, despite being told that it would be shipped within a matter of days multiple times. At this point it looks like they've stolen my money.

I ordered in December, and after 2 weeks of hearing nothing, I asked to cancel my order. They have a chat feature on their website, and one of the prompts is "cancel order". When using the chat, there was never anyone available and I was told they would email me. It took me several tries, and several days. They then told me I couldn't cancel, because my order was processing. When I further explained my situation, they sent me the same message, again. I filed a dispute with my credit card company, and they immediately reimbursed me. Within a day or two, my items were marked as shipped. I received them, but haven't opened them. I reached out again asking how to return my items, and for them to send me a shipping label. After waiting a week and a half, they told me they could not provide me with a shipping label, and that I will need to buy my own. If they had helped me, prior to shipping, I wouldn't be in this situation. I do not recommend the company, and I haven't even tried their products at this point.
