This device is absolutely amazing. A little bit more powerful in certain areas and this is wonderful, being active and athletic leads to some tensions that are very hard to relax over time. But omg this thing, pulling out the knots in ways I never could, it’s like sucking the tension right out of those spots COMPANY is great to work with treat yourself to pain relief by using this product.

I ordered the Revomadic cupping device on 1/2/26 for my daughter’s birthday on 1/16. It still hadn’t shipped in two weeks so I wrote to them and called them asking them to cancel my order and credit my card. (I ordered the product on Amazon and got it the next day). They never returned a total of three calls although their VM states someone will get back to you promptly. A couple days later they wrote back telling me refunds are on a case by case basis. And wouldn’t you know it, despite my cancellation, the product arrived on 1/20. Eighteen days from the date of order. Now I can mail it back at my cost or accept a 15% credit. I can’t tell you the number of emails I sent, some of which were never addressed or given some nonsense blanket reply. Calls were never returned. What I did get was offers for coupons, offers for help browsing their website and offers to “become an affiliate”. Ha, like I’d want to be affiliated with a business like that. So, if you feel you must buy this product, for your own sake, just buy it on Amazon. I would have if I initially knew it was available there. This is a terrible company and I will never buy one of their products again from anywhere.

The product has not even been shipped yet and it has been months. This company seems like a scam. I asked for a refund and because it was outside of 4 hours since I bought it they will not cancel my order and the hoops that I will need to jump through if they ever do get sent is ridiculous. Please read their policies before purchasing from this company. Your money is better spent else wear.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! This is a Scam Company!! Revomatic needs to be investigated and reported to the Attorney General Office in each state! BBB needs to be notified by everyone who have been scammed by this Revomatic!! They are stealing over $100 from each and every one of us! 🤬 I work hard for my money and I’ll be damn if I’m going to be scammed out of $129. HIT THEIR SOCIAL MEDIA PAGES!!! Make bad reviews all over their pages

If a ZERO star was available... that's what they would get!!!! Ice read other reviews and sadly discovered the same experiences. This company at best is a complete sham, scam and shameful. WARNING ⚠️ DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! after repeated emails with zero responses USPS states they still don't even have the items. Fool me once shame o. You.... there won't be a fool me twice. AVOID this company at all costs.... literally!!
