If I could give 0 stars I would. I've been waiting a month, every time I try to get an update all I get is a runaround and "still in processing" even though their website says they ship in 1-3 days and I was told it might take up to a week or two because of holiday order volume.

I’ve had a great experience with Revomadic and the Smart Cupper. The product is well made, easy to use, and does exactly what it promises. Ordered early-mid December 2025, never got a shipping date and after many contacts it finally showed up yesterday. However I also got an email saying we are not sending all of it and there was no clue when the rest would follow. After waiting 6 weeks for my order, I feel like they only shipped part of it to get me off their back and buy more time. Now about the cupoer itself. I am not impressed. All these reviews saying the heat is great, the suction is great etc, must not have muscles. The heat I cant even feel and the suction is iffy at best. It makes a good visual pulling your skin up (if in the right spot) but doesn't move the muscle or fascia like its intended to do. Just save your money or use a regular cupping set and seperate heat and red light that actually works. And all the extra gadgets you can buy to adapt to it, yeah - big whoop. Not effective.

It's been 10 days now and item still hasn't been shipped. Shortly after buying this, I started receiving relentless phone calls from what looks to be scammers that when I politely ask them to stop calling, they abruptly hang up just to have a robocall shortly afterwards leading me to believe that they sold my information. Sigh

Ordered before holidays and they website said a extra few days for high volume, it’s now been over 5 weeks and it still hasn’t shipped, I have been emailing by them for over 3 weeks to try and cancel order since it’s a very unreasonable ship time and they refuse to refund even though this hasn’t even shipped, do not order from them.

Order placed on 29 December and remained “in processing” for weeks. I cancelled the order and requested a refund under EU consumer law due to non-delivery within a reasonable timeframe. This was ignored. I was later told the order had been processed and given a tracking number that does not work and shows no carrier or shipment. No goods received, no valid tracking, and no refund. Failure to comply with basic EU consumer rights and very poor customer service. Avoid Avoid Avoid
