2/13 UPDATE: Product never arrived! This place is definitely scamming. Thank God I purchased with PayPal, they quickly refunded my money! Revomatic company is so ridiculous, they kept sending emails telling me order will be “shipped soon,” AFTER the refund was issued. They didn’t even know! My guess is that all the 5-Star reviews are AI. Just like every other post, i never got the product. Ordered on 12/2 and as of today, 1/29. No order. I've reached out multiple times and "Stephanie" always has some excuse, i.e. it being shipped with free gift, it was due to be shipped but there was an error, it was shipped and rejected by sender and no refunds allowed if its been rejected. None of that has happened. I believe they are doing something with credit card info, running identity scams with the customer information they've collected or something. So monitor your stuff, those folks are crooked!

This company is unfortunately a scam. Ordered over a month ago never received product. No customer service refused to refund me. BBB has been contacted and I’m starting the dispute process with my credit card. It is an absolute scam and a complete mess. Do not purchase at any cost!

Worst company to deal with ever. Told company to cancel order prior to shipping. They sent it anyways without any followup. This must be a Chinese Company. The responses are always many days late. Received unwanted product and it was really horrible as expected. Returned the horrible product and now fighting for a refund. Be aware. Do not purchase any poorly made CHINESE product from this company. Everything about this company is horrible.

I ordered over a month ago and still received nothing. I am about to file a dispute with my credit card company. They are not issuing a refund because they are still processing the order supposedly. DONT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!

Revomadic has horrible customer support. I ordered their product on 12/27/2025 (total $209). They delivered it 1/20/2026 after an extended delay. I requested cancellation twice before it shipped due to the delay, but they shipped it anyway. When the item arrived, I immediately requested return instructions for a refund and was denied, including language that they cannot accept a return even if the package remains unopened. Sharing so others confirm return terms before ordering.
