We’ve been really happy with our REVO systems over the years. Had the first one for 8 years and just upgraded. The only negative feedback I have is that the new system we just bought did not come with audio capable cameras. Who wouldn’t want audio?? Because of this, I had to buy all new cameras from REVO directly because they don’t sell audio capable cameras to outside retailers. I’m now left with a bunch of worthless cameras that I can’t really do anything with. Super annoying, but the system really is nice and very plug and play, so we’ll continue to use REVO products.

Customer Service is Extremely Helpful, Every Single Time I Call.

I purchase a DVR to replace my broken DVR but found it was incompatible with my older REVO camera. I returned the DVR to REVO and they have received it for more than a week and I still have not received my credit back. I call and left messages with REVO, but have yet to hear back.

Tech took his time and I did not feel rushed on trying to export an event.

Outstanding product and Outstanding service. Communications with your customer service Reps is always outstanding.
