i have had system for a long time and it works fine. only ordered remote control to replace one that stopped working and can not get the new one to work came with no instructions or codes

This company is Great. Their 4 k camera Mics SUCK!!! Just sqeeks and chirps. My 4 mega pixel cams sound so much better!

I purchased so far 4 DVR 16 channel for 4 different locations cameras are good but every time I had to swap the DVR. Never got the good one in first place

The receiver/router doesn't work and you never sent the replacement. My rating should be lower.

I love the cameras but the software, firmware updates and apps are just ok. I have used other security cameras and software and they are out of this world. Maybe cost more but great. Revo is good for homes but the alerts are about useless because no matter what you set them to for sensitivity, low or high you get way too many alerts. I want to be alerted on only people and not a bug flying by or rain. I would like to see their alerting improve greatly.

two stop working

The NVR package I ordered was supposed to come with bullet cameras, but instead came with mini domes. They shipped equipment to my billing address instead of my shipping address on two occasions.

I got the dvr over a week ago and so far not been able to hook up quite complicated
