I am writing to you today to let you know what an excellent employee you have working with you,,,Manny. My husband passed away and he handled our security system. When I called into your company today I got Manny. I explained I needed his help resetting my password and why. He was sympathetic to my situation and he took the time to help me reset the password. He was very nice and patient with me. Good customer service is something hard to find these days. I wanted to point out that Manny went above and beyond to help me today

I have a dedicated 1G (1000mbps) fiber optic network. Invoice for Order #RD00017658 was to have cat5e 100’ft cables were incorrect. Revo America sent cat5 which is 100 mbps. Useless to me, I need correct cables sent ASAP. Ultra HD 2MP IP Indoor / Outdoor Bullet Security Camera SKU: RUCB2M-1C 2 $139.98 R.A. Upon calling Revo America, I will say I’ve have had a good standing relationship, Manuel answered the phone. Listened to my issue, politely, and promptly transferred to Manuel in the Sales department. The second apologized and immediately sent via carrier next day. This is the first reason I have used Revo America; the second is their high quality products. Thank You to both Manuel’s. Sincerely, R.A.

Revo has been my on-line store for sometime now. As for me, service is quite excellent. Shipment and delivery is somewhat on time of need. Support is swift and answer to question is understandable. I would recommend this company to anybody.
