No support. Call in for technical support and waited at least 30 minutes before I decided to get a call back. Never got a call back. I called a month before to get help with my 10 year old NVR. I got the same result, but still decided to buy a new NVR. I returned the new purchase and am moving on to a different brand.

channel #1 is dim. the video output is not sharp and clear.

The system is great & prior to ordering I was able to reach a customer service representative & he was very helpful in ultimately choosing the best system for my needs. However, once I received the system I have not been able to get anyone to call me back with answers for a few issues that I'm having with the system. I'm certain that they're not major issues & can be easily resolved but at this point I'm still in a holding pattern with the system not operating at its full capacity.

Worst products in history of cameras. I pitched system that even they couldn’t troubleshoot, I was exchanged 2times. Still no luck. They sent what I was told an upgrade from other 2 , supposedly new unit. It hasn’t worked since arriving. My experience with Revo America. I wouldn’t purchase units from them for a alley cat fight.Spend. Your hard earned $$ somewhere for better quality products for a much better $.

A mouse chewed the pigtail cord of a camera so ordered a replacement.I received the wrong camera and called customer service.They were helpful and immediately sent the correct camera.Mistakes in business happens, it's how they respond that matters.Revo scored an A+ in my book.
