Great cameras. Brought a basic system and now upgraded some cameras. In 2 1/2 years never a issue. Best of all Manny in support gruop is FANTASTIC. Great support is/was why I also chose Revo America

I’ve been using REVO for many years and the technology is great however the 3/5 star review is due to the support failing recently. Several years back, if I had a question I would receive a prompt response and a solution. Now I am lucky to get a response. I’ve emailed about the same issue 3 times and got 1 response that I had already stated in my email I had tried. There’s no point selling yourself on great technology and free tech support, if tech support can’t or won’t help you any longer. When my current 3 systems with 50 cameras are due for renewal, I will be looking at other companies instead of just ordering the latest REVO product.

Great product, easy to install and use

Ordered received hard drive bad new one shipped right out ...the customer service is top top notch if you do have a issue it is promptly taken care of that would be the reason we purchased this time for our business thank you

I am disappointed in the product or maybe I should say the info supplied with it. The componentes are very well made. The instructions that come with the items are so poor that they shouldn't have wasted the paper. They don't tell you how to set up our recorder. They are so vague and use so many abbreviations that you get lost. There is no step my step instruction for anything in the instructions they do give you. I did contact the company by e-mail and they sent me a complete set of instruction, The actual setup instruction were over 100 pages long, and took up a whole 1 1/2" 3 ring binder. None of the setup is easy by any means. The support is very slow and not very helpful.Trying to get items that match you system is very had to do, the company doesn't even have the products that they say will their systems can handle.There support takes several weeks to get back to you and then they don't completely answer you questions. I just feel very like all they want is for you by their product and let you figure everything out by yourself. With there advertising I thought I was buying from a very together company but. I will just let at that.

Customer service was easy and personal for a set of cameras I returned.There cameras are great and I'm always looking for the new upgraded ones,thank you for your services 😀

Excellent Products. Excellent Customer Service. Excellent warranty. What more could you ask for! I've been running this system for a couple of weeks now. The picture quality is way better than I expected. The remote software is fairly easy to get set up. Once set up, it's easy to use. I'd recommend Revo America systems to any of my friends and family.
