I ordered a system with 8 TB of HDD space and received a system with 5 TB HDD space. I had to wait to receive a 4 TB HDD and then install it myself to attain the 8 TB HDD total size. How hard is it for people to READ the ORDER and then build the system to the proper specs? Pitiful !!

Bought my camera system to view while away from home. The mobil app won’t connect to my system. They say it’s my internet but not so. I have other devices I can see through an app while away from home. Pretty useless without me viewing while away. At one time I could use the app( same internet) but now no go.

The camera received looks good but when I plugged it in nothing was seen. Tried to contact customer support and sent an email. NO response so still not working.

Nice little 2 camera kit packaged so neatly and for a great price. This is the second Revo system I've bought. Real happy with first system but I have had 2 cameras quit working and Revo exchanged 1 of the 2. I sent a email when I ordered this kit to get a replacement camera and never received a return email and the last camera they did replace was supposed to be a bullet as agreed in a phone conversation but they sent me a dome camera.I have called for support, left a message and never received a call back? Maybe Revo cant get any employees?
