We've tried SEVERAL security system cameras & I will say, the REVO Security System Cameras & DVR are hands down THE BEST. Not only with the best extremely clear view/footage day & night but, everything regarding view, quality of product, even in the freezing heavy snow days of winter extremely clear but, all year round. We've had the REVO system at our home for over 3 years now & not a signle issue. It's a A+ Rating (100%) for everything about this product even the low price & simplicity of install & starting it up. We have very expensive cameras located in/outside of our business & we bought the REVO for our home & the REVO is WAYYYY better than our business system surveillance @ our business. So, we'll now change our business equipment out for the REVO system too. Trust me purchase the REVO system over anything else out there. You'll never be disappointment. If people are providing any negative review, it's either fake or they just don't know how to setup. All of thos system where you have to pay mpnthly charges is the biggest scam ever because you don't need to pay any fee's for someone to monitor your property when you can see for yourself weather on your cell phone, tablet, monitor & all you do is pay for the system & never again any fees. Best part no one will be hacking this system, unlike all other companies ring, brinks, etc. I def wouldn't want a paid subscription to a company to watch indoor/outdoor of my home, office or personal space. Let that sink in. Again, REVO hands down BEST system out there. Enjoy you Revo Security & Camera System! Because I have for over 3yrs., now.

I had a DVR R16dvr5 for my dental office go bad. I called for help and technical assistance. I left repeated messages and never received help from Manuel Gonzolas. I called to make sure I would ordered the right replacement. No one would pick up phone or return call. I ordered the wrong system because of no customer service. It cost me $70 to mail back the wrong DVR system. I have referred many dental colleagues and other business owners to REVO. I am very disappointed and won’t be referring anyone!

can't hook up to wi fi or internet. I HAVE THREE SECURITY CAMERAS IF THEY COULD BE HOOKED UP TO MY LAP TOP YOU WOULD GET A 10. IF YOU HAVE A TECHNICHAN IN THE DFW AREA I WOULD BE HAPPY TO PAY. STEVE DAVIS

I ordered some longer cables for my cameras and they came in within days of ordering. Much faster then was even estimated by the website. Excellent quality and easy to understand

Ordered the system about 4 weeks ago. Haven't heard anything and the account just says processing. I called after 3 weeks and the person said the cameras were backordered. I never got any kind of notification about the order being backordered. The person said he would look into a estimated time frame of when to expect the order and he would email me. Week later I still haven't heard anything back.
