The equipment is great. Works well and has a good life expectancy, I have 4 of my original 6 still working fine after 3 years, 2 just went from sun exposure. The tech support is very good when you can get a hold of them and if you leave a call back number if they call you back. I left a number 3 weeks ago still waiting on the callback. Fortunately, I figured it out on my own. Overall good stuff. just don't wait on technical support.

just purchased my second revo camera system the last one was still working fine after 8 yrs of nonstop 24/7 security, but thought a new one with more cameras was needed, customer service was outstanding when i had called for help or product advise
