I ordered a wall mount hand sink on the 23rd and on the 24th one of the employees called me to let me know he lived close to the job and hand delivered it to us instead of shipping to our office. I felt that was above and beyond service for one hand sink. I will definitely be ordering more from Cresco in the future.

Shipping charges were stupidly outrageous. To make it worse? Found same item for less money on Amaz with zero Shipping. Buyers beware don't make the mistake i did by shopping here. Huge ripoff. $19.99 shipping on a $21. Item!

Hi Rebecca, We are very sorry that this is how you feel about your recent purchase. We are always looking for ways to reduce shipping costs for our customers, but as a small business, we are not always able to take on all of those costs the way that large, multinational retailers that we sometimes compete with are able to. Given that reality, we also strive to make sure that our customers receive their orders complete and as fast as possible - our records indicate that you received your shipment within two business days. We appreciate your business and hope to see you back again at restaurantequipment.com.

Interior beautiful , industrial meets elegants, wait staff rude and unwelcoming, cab franc expired and tasted like acetone, food - tuna and hummus delicious fresh … left early due to the unwelcoming atmosphere …. Felt rushed
