Living in Hawaii, I really thought ordering a Commercial Ice Machine was going to be expensive to ship, long to get here, or even if it could be shipped here in the first place. Luckily, I stumbled across Cresco. Ordering the ice machine was easy and shipping rate was the cheapest rate any other company who would ship to Hawaii could offer. Customer service is amazing and so honest! They informed me that they had a partner distributor here on my island of Oahu and I could go down and pick it up at anytime, even dropped off to me. They even refunded me $150 shipping! They could have easily ripped me off, but didn’t. Experience has been nothing but excellent

Unfortunately, I had to contact customer service after several weeks of no status of the shipment of my order. While the CS did contact the company for action, I believe that it should be clearer the order was done through a 3rd party instead of directly from the vendor. Follow up internally is needed for to meet customer expectations.

Purchased as Christmas gifts. The arrived and packaging was well done. My friends loved them!!
