The epicurean cutting board is an excellent product. Time tested, I have purchased a few and given some away. When I purchased this time, Cresco was out of stock and went extra to get me my order of 2 cutting boards. Cresco has always been good value and selection for "Church and Camp Cook" over the years. Now, my little personal visits are still fun and rewarding. Happy Customer.

My husband and I had such a great experience at Cresco! We needed to get a new Dynacube last minute, and they were the only place in town that the one we needed in stock. When we walked in to pick it up, we were already impressed by the huge variety of restaurant supplies and equipment they carry. We headed upstairs to the showroom and ended up meeting Clay, who was awesome! We mentioned that we were potentially interested in buying a prep table in the future, and he took the time to walk us through all the different options and pricing. He was so friendly and welcoming that, well…guess what? We ended up buying a prep table! 😂 Working with Clay was such a pleasure, and I was genuinely impressed by his customer service from beginning to end. When I came back the next day to pick up the table, Clay was in a meeting, but Tim helped me check out and was just as friendly and personable. Then Paul helped me at the loading dock, and once again, I was so impressed by how helpful and friendly he was. I was initially impressed by the inventory and selection at Cresco, but honestly, the customer service was even more impressive. Everyone we interacted with went above and beyond and made us feel like valued customers. And as an added bonus, Clay even texted me later that day to make sure everything went well. That kind of follow-up really says a lot! We will definitely be future customers. Highly recommend Cresco!
