Had to request a replacement engraver as ours suddenly quit. I contacted Resparked customer service and they immediately addressed the issue with a replacement engraver. No hassle with courteous and prompt service. So refreshing!

Responding back to queries in a helpful way

I love my device and enjoy using it. It just stopped working one day and I contacted customer service who replied promptly. We went over a few things to figure out the problem and they ended up sending me another one free of charge! Very reliable and efficient service. Highly recommend!

I initially tried to place an order and it kept looking like it was wrong so I cancelled. Within a very short time I received an email offering assistance. After explaining my concerns I was immediately assured that what I was ordering was correct. After placing my order there was fantastic after service. I would highly recommend you contact them if you have concerns.

This is one AWESOME COMPANY, they are compassionate and caring answering emails quickly. I appreciate their quick responses and their caring demeanor as though I have actually met them in person and all we've done is email one another. I'm excited to be able to do business with them next month purchasing a Christmas gift for a close friend and buying myself a wonderful late Birthday present. Looking so forward in doing business with them. An Absolutely Wonderful Experience. One last thing I'm praying that in October they will still be offering a nice discount on the Customizer Engraving Pen/Kit so I can afford to order two of them. 💖🙏

Delightful experience

I was unable to load a manual. The staff went out of their way to come up with a solution. I did receive the manual and I was so impressed with the staff going out there to find a way for me. Great help staff.
