Customer service is great
Customer service is great, have a question, they can answer it. They get back to you within minutes. They also have real people that will call to confirm that your every need was met. To early to say bout delivery. If it's half as good service as I have already gotten will be great...

every artist needs one of these!
I received a Resparked engraving pen as a gift, and it has been one of my favorite artistry tools ever! I use it in conjunction with my wood burner frequently and have recently used it to make some protest signs. When my pen stopped working in the middle of a project, I was super worried about replacing it as I've just moved so finances are tight. However Resparked has a one year warranty, so when I reached out to the company they handled my issue straightaway and had a new pen on the way to me in no time. Cristian was a wonderful customer service rep, very patient and thorough. In today's world it's important to know who you're giving your money to- Resparked is a great company you can trust!

I wanted only one crave
I wanted only one crave, I received two. I was not able too pay for two,being on a fixed income. They worked with me and I was able to keep both. So thankful

Great and fast support
Great and fast support! I had an issue about a rebate code I missed to use in my order. Two emails later and the friendly support staff had applied my discount to my order afterwards.

Engraver is awesome!
I watched the ad several times and it became very appealing to me and my handshake really bad because the medicine I’m taking so I didn’t know if it would be good enough. I haven’t tried it yet. Just a presentation kept encouraging me each time. I saw it. I think what you get for your money is well worth it! thank you !
