ResparkedReviews of resparked.com

Absolute scam- they are just buying in the exact same pen that’s available on Alibaba/AliExpress/Temu .etc then putting their own branding on the packaging. If you don’t believe me- buy one from this site with a credit card (so you can do a chargeback if they don’t accept the return) and one from Temu for $8-14. I checked one I purchased from Temu side by side and with one from Resparked- it’s completely identical and even pulled both apart to confirm the internals were the same incase they just shared the same shell. Don’t be a fool and give these people money, they may provide what’s advertised but it’s baffling why anyone would lay down 5x more money for the same cheap product available on Temu.

They are very quick to respond. Very nice and pleasant. Customer service is amazing. Never had this kind of service

I had a lengthy back and forth email conversation with a person in SUPPORT. They were so patient and thoughtful and supportive. They resolved my issue. I will remember this as one of my favorite experiences. Thank you! ♡

Ordred product and expected to arrive later, but came early. Was exactly what I wanted

Excellent company, standards and just customer service over all! I had mistakenly brought a bootleg version that had a fault as it was through Amazon and not with them they couldn’t help with that, HOWEVER!! Through conversation where I probably lacked in my replies they were quick to reply, ever so friendly and helped me to order a new replacement at a reduced price! Amazing 11/10

I've got to say, Ive been very impressed! Both with the product, and the level of customer service. The engraver works brilliantly and is more powerful than I expected. And the service has been first rate too. When my first pen stopped working (probably due to over-use whilst charging), customer service were quick to respond and promptly sent me a brand new replacement. I'd highly recommend looking at the extra bits too, as they will open up the possibilities. The Tungsten bits, for example, are excellent if you want to carve more 3D objects from wood. Don't normally do reviews but felt it right to do so on this occasion. Many thanks, a very happy customer.

Great experience The product is great, and the after-sales service is excellent too!

Thank you so much. Your company responded to my note when my order didn't arrive as expected with punctuality and great concern. After requesting that I check for possible reasons why I didn't receive it, you promptly re issued my order and even sent a surprise little extra gift. I really appreciate this. I would definitely use your company again and will recommend it to others. Thank you again as in.
