My engraving pen stopped working, so I contacted Resparked and after providing the information they requested, they are sending me a replacement! I'm so excited and am really happy I purchased from this company!!!

Ordering was so easy the communication with the company was always positive. Eleven months after buying the engraver it sadly wouldn’t hold its charge. I reached out to customer service and they were brilliant and dealt with the problem quickly and without any issues. I’d highly recommend this company.

My engraver broke down about a month before warranty was up. I reached out for help with the company, not expecting much I was shocked how fast they responded to my online form and came to a solution. They made everything so easy and simply shipped me a replacement. I wish more companies would give customer service like this. I definitely would not hesitate in recommending the products to anyone who loves arts and crafts

Well I truly loved the customer support given to me. My shipment got lost but the way I was supported was truly incredible.. They reshipped my parcel and helped in every possible way. I love the entire team!

Their customer service is quick, kind, and very helpful. I didn’t think my Son would like the gift I purchased as it was smaller than I thought it would be. I called to return it, and they offered me 50% off or they would send me a label so I could return it. I chose the former and gifted it to someone else. It was resolved quickly. I received my refund the next day.

Wow! I am so impressed with the customer service I received from this company. My husband had purchased an engraving pen for me back in July from Amazon. I am a crafter. Two days ago my pen stopped working mid project. I looked up the warranty information and there were clearcut guidelines on the one year warranty. I followed the directions and did not contact Amazon, but went straight to the company. I received a response to my email in less than a half an hour. A very nice person (Will) apologized for my engraving pen not working. He asked me to send a video of the pen and what happened when I turned it on and off…which was nothing. I sent the video in and within 15 minutes. I was told via email that my pen would be replaced. An hour later, I had the tracking number and was told that the pen had already shipped out. Not only that, but the people I dealt with were extremely kind and helpful. I have already shared my experience with several friends and family members because this kind of customer service is not seen very often. Thank you Resparked! I will definitely shop with this company again.
