I am totally in love with the engraving pen! It is very easy to use (even my 8yo daughter can use it). It has some battery issues though. It runs dry pretty fast. I can use it about 2-3 hours after a full charge. Mine also ended with the battery dying after ten months after approx 15 times of usage. But the customer support is very helpful and sent me a new one. So overall a very good experience.

I ordered my very cool Resparked engraving gadgets to make a few special gifts for Christmas. I ordered them immediately after seeing the ad, in early November, -plenty of time… Long story short it was still MIA 2weeks b4 Christmas, so i got online (which im not good at)-n just replied to an email from my original order. They not only replied right away, but i dealt with a PERSONeach time i had another frustrating question. So they reshipped my order, n have been in contact daily. Go figure- Xmas eve, it arrived. Better late than never! Oh- and it was no fault of theirs. Just USPS n horrible weather across the country n here at home. I really appreciate how prompt, personal, and PATIENT y’all were with a very frustrated customer!!!

The first tool I received did not power on. After reaching out through email to the Respark team, I sent in a video and description of the problem with the tool. They immediately sent me another one to replace it. It works great and I have already made some fun gifts and prepare to gift the tool with those gifts to the person who I intended it for. I would give my experience a 5 because of the awesome customer service but only taking 1 star away because of the inconvenience of a faulty product. I understand that there will always be that one item that made it through inspection and for the price of the Resparked I am glad another will be sent. Tracking does seem slow though.
