I feel like I was completely scammed and am actually embarrassed that I gave in. The positive is that the customer service person I worked with was very responsive and kind. I ordered the basic kit. The next day, the extra bits were mysteriously added to my order and charged separately. I immediately contacted support, and they told me it was too late to remove that from my order but assured me I could return it once it arrived. I received the order and was given a quick, easy way to return it. However, the return site offered me $33.98 for the item I never ordered after they had charged me $52.50. I went back and forth, and the final offers were to return the whole order, get ½ of the $52.50 returned to me, or do the return for $33.98, and they would give the rest after that. I didn’t trust I’d receive the returned money, and at this point, I’m exhausted, so I just took half of the $52.50. I feel like I was scammed and am tired of the back and forth, and feel stupid for falling for it all. Again, the customer service person was nice, but I will never purchase from this company again.

I feel this was a bait and switch operation. l ordered 2 engravers with 30 bits. Supposedly, due to a processing error, I was shipped "The Special Edition kits with only 15 bits - but hey these are (improved) bits", and at no extra charge to me. Right. There is nothing special about the cheap kits I received. If the kits I received are improved, I would hate to see what the original is like. Very cheap engraver, and the included extra accessories are also cheap trinkets. It's not worth the effort of returning the kits. Money is only refunded after the items are received by them and of course there is a restocking fee deducted from your return. So, I'm out $100+ before Christmas. Anyway, they probably will just turn around and ship them out to some other unsuspecting sucker.

Don't order this engraver if it is needed before Christmas day. This review is for my ordering and receiving the product only. I texted this company 5 days after my order was placed to find out where my order was in the shipment process. They lied to me saying my order had been shipped and is being handled by the USPS. This was untrue because when I looked it up through USPS they did not have my package. It took 15 days to receive the engraver I ordered.

you charged my account two times for my order ! why

I purchased a Resparked in December. I live in Costa Rica so I had it sent to a friend who was coming to Costa Rica. It took over two weeks for delivery and arrived the day after my friend arrived in Costa Rica. So I had to make other delivery plans. The Resparked finally reached Costa Rica April 18, 2025. I was delighted and it appeared to work great...for three weeks...then it stopped. Now it will turn on but won't move. Touch the head and, sometimes. it will start it but almost immediately stops when starting to use it. I now have a piece of junk! Useless and no way to repair it. I just got a reply from Resparked, they are replacing the defective tool. I'm impressed with the reply and look forward to the replacement.
