I am so impressed with these people! One of our engravers stopped working and they worked with us very well and we're so helpful. They are sending in a replacement and we still keep the one that stopped working and all the tips and they're even sending some free gifts for an apology for their product giving up. I highly recommend these guys. If you want one of these engravers. I too have one and it's amazing and so fun.

The Resparked tool is so much fun to use. I find it very relaxing and have made some wonderful gifts for friends and family. When I had an issue with my tool I contacted customer support for help and they were AMAZING. Some of the best customer service I have ever received. I would recommend the tools they have to anyone because of the customer service!!!

I had a minor issue with the item, but Resparked were very quick to deal with it and get a replacement in the post. 100% service. Highly recommended.

I had a problem with the motor and once I proved it with a quick video they sent me an entirely new device plus a stencil. I haven't received it yet, but they were very prompt and professional.

The entire experience has been very smooth and efficient. When I needed some information to be corrected there was quick response and it gave me the assurance that my concerns and queries were looked into. It gave me peace of mind.

The pen is very easy to work with and to enter change the bits, light weight and powerful the battery could last a little longer but a very nice pen
