My original order was lost in transit and never delivered. I wrote to Resparked customer care who responded very quickly reassuring me that they would make it right. After contacting USPS several times we concluded it was not going to be delivered. Resparked assured me that they would resend my order and it’s on its way! Super customer service with respectful and prompt correspondence and solution! Thanks!

Resparked impressed me by being more than fair in my return process. I actually ended up keeping the device bcz of the guidance and suggestions given that helped me see I could use it. They are very hands-on, and response is immediate. They are a great company to deal with.

I like the product and the versatility it has. It’s been great for making gifts for family. The pen stopped working earlier than I expected but the customer service was very responsive and easy to work with. The combination of the customer service and the guidance to get everything that you can out of this product shows how passionate they are.

I was very surprised and impressed with the service I received from the help staff at Resparded. I had lost the little screws that hold the bit's in, but they advised me to just push the bit in as far as it could go and not to worry about the screws. Well it worked, the bit stayed in did not wobble and I was able to engrave something without a problem.
