I had an issue with the product. I contacted the company on November 4 and heard back on November 5. I received exceptional service. In fact I told the lady that I would give her a 20 out of 10. It’s hard to find that kind of service anymore.

Received one on their customizer engraving pens for Christmas and some time back it stopped holding a charge. I dropped them an email and within two minutes believe it or not I received a response that I am sure was auto generated but It told me what to do to demonstrate the failure to them, I did it and they are in the process of replacing it. Couldn't ask for more.

Why can’t I give no stars? This is a scam. They don’t deliver your pen. Down as delivered. Map showing where my package has been delivered to is somewhere in South West England. We are about 100 miles from there. Absolute scam.

Great customer service through the whole process. From ordering, how to's and help getting started, and even through every step of shipping and handling. They not only have such an amazing product that works well, but they stand by their word and leave you 100% satisfied guaranteed. This has been BY FAR the best experience I've had ordering anything online
