Take advantage of their small-company people-pleasing. They have great customer service, and you can easily get a faulty product replaced for free with an extra set of stencils for free (or at least I did). Even though their customer service is a small team, they respond faster than I’d expect, especially for my questions I sent to them via Instagram. They also answered those questions in a way that was more helpful and practical than I expected. Please take advantage before the company becomes big because who knows what they’d be like in the future.

Most impressive was the responsiveness of the we’re team. I reported my concern and because it was after 5pm CST, I did not expect to hear back until the next day or later. To my surprise, a response came back within the hour.
