I highly recommend Resolve. I used Resolve’s services to review and negotiate changes to a new physician contract out of residency. They used objective MGMA data to let me know where the offer stood in comparison to the national trends and regional trends. The attorney suggested changes and negotiated directly with the hospital, which saved me an enormous amount of time. The attorney secured a significant increase in my base salary. They were prompt in their services as well. They returned calls and emails the same day. The benefits analyst also took a significant amount of time to review and explain the benefits package, which was also very helpful.

I am very happy with my decision to use Resolve for contract negotiation. I was assigned to contract attorney Tim Bottum, and he was so helpful along the way, preparing side by side comparisons of each subsequent version of the revised contract (and there were many versions!). I came away from this experience feeling very supported in the contract negotiation process.
