They helped me every step of the way, from CV and cover letter review to helping me organize my interview callbacks and calendar, and even contract and benefit review. During my hectic fellowship training, this service was exactly what I needed to keep me on track with respect to the timeline that I had for myself and also with finding opportunities that may not be widely advertised. Very helpful. Put contract in light of national perspective and highlighted items to be concerned about and negotiate. Drafted proposed changes in clear fashion and made negotiation easy. The benefits review was also very informative in helping me understand the additional value that was being offered outside of the salary alone.
