Chelsea Ukoha is very knowledgeable and advocated/negotiated my contract for me. I felt she had my best interests in mind. She was very responsive and handled all negotiations/communications very quickly. She made the contract discussion/negotiation process very smooth and stress free. Very happy working with her.

I worked with Chelsea Ukoha for my physician contract review. This was my first time looking at lengthy and wordy physician contracts which can be overwhelming. And Chelsea was the absolute best! She was thorough in explaining and breaking down the different sections, and made sure I understood all the terms and agreements. Not only was the absolutely amazing with her work, she was super friendly, sweet and a pleasure to speak with. I would recommend and WILL be recommending them to my colleagues and residents. Thank you Chelsea! :D

My attorney Tim was great. He knew exactly what to negotiate and I got even more money than anticipated. He went above and beyond for my contract. Would never sign a contract without him again!

I worked with Zach Beare for my physician contract review. I was absoluetly impressed by Zach's work ethic. He identified both minor and major issues with the contract and worked very diligently to get me a fair contract with the hospital. He was available to answer my questions and walked me through the process of negotiation. I highly recommend Zach and Resolve to any Physician looking into reviewing their contract or getting advice about their current situation.

I had a great experience working with Zach to negotiate my first contact out of residency. Zach was always prompt with his responses and flexible with scheduling around my unpredictable work schedule. He was thorough and did a great job helping me to feel comfortable during the entire negotiation process!

Resolve connected me with Lauren Kaufman, who was excellent to work. Knowledgeable, responsive. I already have recommended Resolve to all my colleagues and will continue to do so.

I wasn't sure what to expect with using Resolve, but I had an amazing experience with Lauren who helped me advocate for myself, put into context items that were more or less important, and was super prompt in her communication. She helped me feel confident by coaching me with how to speak with the practice, and she helped me feel confident about my final contract. I really appreciated her help and advice!
