My experience with Chelsea was absolutely incredible. From the initial call, through the negotiation, I felt supported and heard by Chelsea. As a fellow minority woman, I felt that she was able to provide me with more than the usual contract recommendations. She saw me as a whole person, not just my qualifications on paper, she thoughtfully took the time to get to know me and what I desired for my career. She was always available and had very quick turnaround times. All in all, I could not have navigated my first contract negotiation without her and will definitely be recommending not just Resolve, but specifically Chelsea, to my friends and colleagues.
