I accidentally booked through reservation desk for the wrong hotel in Smithers BC I realized what I had done immediately and cancelled the reservation My CC was charged for the room and when I contacted the Best Western to ask for a refund they said that I had to be refunded by reservation desk as the Best Western had not been paid for the room I contacted reservation desk and requested the refund of 199.00 and they replied to me saying that no refund was being issued as I had the cancellation policy reviewed with me at the time of booking by a representative I made the booking online and cancelled online and never spoke to a representative so this was a lie I will never use reservation desk to book and nor will I stay at the Smithers Best Western as a result of this Beware of this booking agency!!!

Do NOT use them if you are needing a wheelchair accessible room. They took my reservation and money with no problem and lots of assurances. We arrived at two different booked hotels to be told that we had only ‘requested’ a wheelchair accessible room and there were none available. It’s not like I had requested extra towels! Non refundable and non accessible! NEVER using them again!

I, unfortunately, am a victim of this scam. They made it look like a website from the hotel and they took my money. No refund, not even partial refund. They treat my call as "an early check out" although I call to shorten the stay more than 72 hours ahead of my stay. Please, stay away from this website, check your URL! I made a mistake and hope no other will do the same.

I would do less if there was a zero star!! Crooks! Was charged twice… no refund!!!

They outright robbed us! They pose as the airline we were flying to Portugal and we paid them$638 for checked baggage and seat upgrades. When we were checking, in the airline has no record of the transaction. We reported to our credit card as fraud but everyone should know they are a complete SCAM!

this company is disreputable. They give you misinformation about your booking, they tell you that you can check-in early. They tell you, there's no extra fees for pets. Then, when you find out that you can't check-in early and you can't bring your pets without fees. They tell you can't give you a refund because the booking was non-refundable. They give out misinformation, or they out and out lie. And then they run you around ragged. While you try to get your money back, they apologize constantly. We're so sorry that so frustrating, I understand and they do nothing to fix the issue.

It is a scam. DO NOT USE Use hotel website.

Worst experience booking a hotel ever. The confirmation number never worked. After calling them twice they provided me with a number and the name of some lady the hotel had never even heard of. So I’m out my money and the hotel told me it’s always best to just call and book with them directly. Total scam stay away from the site.
