Totally scammed. I had a same experience with other people. I thought called directly to hotel number, but somehow the phone went through to this third party. They charged over 50% fee. And I used two different credit cards. They told me both credit cards didn’t work. Then they let me used my debit card. After I got the confirmation email and found out were charged over 50% fees and called back to them asked for refund. There is no refund.

I wouldn’t EVEN give them a zero. Probably to -100. I would NOT do bookings through them!! I THOUGHT I was calling the hotel directly! It’s a scam of a company! If I could leave this review on their website..I WOULD!!

Would give a zero if I could. Had a flight delay and confirming my reservation - she said it didn't exist and got me another one. Charged for both and quite a hassle to get any refund. Partially refunded. Do not use...

There is nothing good I can say. They misrepresented who they were. They misrepresented the cost of a reservation. Their phone service was poor which causes customer misunderstanding of what is being communicated. This has to be intentional. They had reservations agents who spoke poor English which also causes confusion and I believe intentional. DO NOT make arrangements thru the website. What a POS operation!

Like other reviews, we thought we were dealing directly with the hotel we were booking and were pleasantly surprised when the agent offered to find us another place (they were full). That said, we required 2 beds and the agent repeatedly assured us that the room had 2 beds, only to get to the hotel and find only 1. When I requested a refund, they investigated but declined the request, claiming they did nothing wrong. I have a confirmation from them indicating 2 beds, but they still declined the request. After talking to a manager, the same response. No refund; no sense of responsibility for the error on their part.

What a scam. I don’t even know how I ended up booking through a third party. I was coerced and deceived into booking a room for a hotel that was not what I was looking for. Charged thinking it was going to meet my standards until I got the email for the property that was booked and it was non refundable. Called to dispute this with reservation desk and it’s obvious they claimed no accountability. My next step is disputing it with my credit card company in hopes of a refund so I can book a hotel that’s actually appropriate for my travel. This is not the economy to be taking from innocent people just trying to make it. PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THIS. Always book directly through the hotel and never let someone convince you into a different hotel of a different rate thinking it will meet your standards. This company does nothing but lie and attempt to persuade people to make money. Please do not fall for it.

Terrible. Thought I was booking through hotel. Realized date was wrong as soon as I got confirmation email. Tried to call 5 minutes after to adjust the date and they would not do it and wont give my money back. Also was charged $60 more than the hotel charged. Not a good company. Run!!!!
