charged me $110 for reservation. No reservation. Said they would refund $110, but never did and frequent calls get same answer "we will look into it. Scam artists!

MAID STOLE OUR STUFF! We were staying here to visit my very ill grandfather! The maid stole at least $100 worth of random items out of our room. When we reported it to the front desk via phone, the lady first hung up on me! After I called back she just apologized, saying she would let her manager know but the manager was out of town. Went to speak to her again about the situation in person all I was told is “they are pretty sure they know who it is and she is getting fired”! Talked to her again letter to see if they were going to compensate or anything!!!! Nothing! So, I called the cops the cops came to watch cameras. Oddly, the cops stated “they couldn’t even see our room because the placement of cameras, even said that it was pointless to have them at all!” Next day the front desk lady then told my mother “Sorry but I didn’t realize the cops were watching the wrong date until they left!” Total scam! Soooo irritated. And by the end of the stay my legs were bitten up by bugs! Do not stay here they do not have their costumers best interest at heart! Definitely a horrible experience with my two very young children with me.

I booked through reservation desk by accident as i thought I was making a reservation through the actual resort as reservation desk is the first website shows up on the list when googles and replicates the website of the actual resort. I have no problems checking in but the resort charged me additional fees etc which I didnot expect this and also realized that I spent more money per night vs booking through the actual resort.

Additional Fees charged over and above the Service fee. This company is a rip off and would not recommend using them. Learn from mistakes, will call the hotels directly.

Worst reservation cite I have every dealt with. I booked with them by accident because they were the first website and thought I was booking with the actual hotel. They upcharge the hotel fees and add random unnecessary fees by A LOT. I booked two nights at a hotel and the actual cost with the hotel was almost $130 CHEAPER. When you cancel they give you no information on where the money will be reimbursed to. They do not answer the phone when you call and it is impossible to connect to an agent. For anyone who wants to book a hotel DO NOT book with this website. Straight up scammers.

Do not make a reservation through reservation desk. You won’t get your money back if you cancel your reservation whatsoever.They make the reservation process easy but if you cancel they won’t refund your money back and the staff are very unprofessional, disrespectful, rude just horrible. I ended up calling my bank and I luckily able to get my reservation refund back. Call the hotel itself and make sure you read the refund policy

First of all I thought I was making a reservation with the courtyard of Marriott in West Orange. I was redirected to a gentleman from another country. I told him that I was booking for a wedding. The bride and groom blocked off a row of rooms. When he came back with the price. I said that can't be $333 VS $189. I told him to cancel my reservation. He told me that he couldn't cancel. I called my CC and now putting a dispute with this company. I also will be calling the BBB to report them.

No zero available! Booked two rooms for August. Charged a $17.99 fee for free cancellation and told me I would not be charged for the rooms until I arrived. That was a total lie. I was immediately charged for the rooms by the hotel. I called them back and told them that I was told I would not be charged and I wanted to confirm that I could still cancel with no additional fees. I was told yes after several phone calls. Fast forward a month and a half and all of a sudden the hotel reimbursed me for my reservations. When I checked with Reservation Desk about my reservations, they told me the reservation had been cancelled by their "higher ups". They tried to claim I requested the cancellation but I did not. I asked to be refunded the $17.99 fee they charged to guarantee free cancellation since they are the ones that cancelled. "Joey" claimed he would send the request through but I will be very surprised if I ever see it. Moral of the story....DO NOT RESERVE A HOTEL WITH RESERVATIONDESK!!!!
