Like most all other reviews, I did not realize I was not on the motel's actual website. Tried canceling immediately after and it was too late. Nonrefundable. The crazy thing is that the motel itself gives you a day or so to cancel at no charge. I have spoken with the hotel, and they said that this 3rd party does not allow them to cancel the reservation on their end. Reservation desk says they check with the motel and that they denied my cancelation. I will keep my reservation but will make sure they lose future business to make up for my loss.

This is a non-value added website. They book your reservation through Expedia and then tack on their fees. The reservations are non-refundable. They are very deceptive; you think you are booking with the hotel of choice's reservation system. It turns out they have nothing to do with the establishment. A complete rip-off.

Booked a 13-day stay at the Ayers Hotel in Anaheim. I thought I was booking directly through the Hotel and the confirmation said Reservation Desk which I thought was coming from the hotel. I had to cut my trip short so I called the number on my confirmation and was told I could not modify my reservation because the cancellation period is over. I will now forfeit three days of room fees with no way to change. There was no compassion emotion from the person I spoke to just the denial. Whatever you do, do not use this company for reservations. I always go directly to the hotel for this very reason. Do not have an idea how I ended up with this company, but I highly recommend you do not!!!!

Was misled as to who I was speaking with. I thought I was speaking directly with the hotel. Tried to cancel right away and was given the runaround by several people. Horrible customer service and deceptive practices.

A total nightmare!!! I thought I was talking directly to IHG. Sadly not the case but agent makes it sound like it. When I called the Hotel to check on the reservation they couldn’t find it. I called the number back explained the situation I didn’t know it was 3rd party cancellation policy etc.I never received any email like I was told I would. I wanted to cancel and get refund. Rude agent said the agent I spoke to would have told me. Well I didn’t hear that! There was a language barrier from the beginning very hard to understand him. He booked the wrong Hotel in the first place then changed it and the prices. He talked so fast at the end I couldn’t understand a word! Pretty sure they are trained to do this so people don’t have a clue. I always book directly through the Hotel (which I thought I was) and never had any issues not even in Vegas!!On top of the whole disaster charged more than through the Hotel directly! They could have been nice and given me a refund especially since I called back in less than a half hour. But nope just deal with rude agents. Don’t ever ever book through this awful company!! Our lawyer neighbor friend is out of town till Friday morning I’m going to have him look into this and see if we can do anything. Just beware don’t book through here!!So claim they want to help? NOT!! Can’t even email support it says no match! Just give me a refund and be done.

said my reservation was fully refund but the email they sent saying non refundable. Rep pretent to be working for the hotel but he is not. This website is a scam.

Regarding country inn and suites Bloomington. Should be negative number. Pictures of hotel must have been taken years ago. It is a dump. Making report to health department and delta airlines. Hotel has 3.8 when you look it up but notice reviews stating how great it is are all October and November 2025. I barely made it thru first night. Literally made me physically sick. Pool is under construction. They plainly state independently owned. Should not use radisson in name. Pics of rooms not accurate. Place should be condemned and gutted. Air quality horrid. Mold in bathroom and windows. Clearly visible black mold window sill. Do NOT stay here. They told me I booked thru Expedia. I did not. Stated no refunds when paperwork clearly states if you don’t stay or modify reservation after day before your stay, you will be charged first night plus fees.

I was making reservation for my Law Enforcement motorcycle club's yearly convention. I THOUGHT I had reached the hotel it's self but when I asked to speak to the Lady who was in charge of group reservations, I was told she wasn't available. I was speaking with a woman who said her name was Abbey. I went ahead and made the reservation, which was terribly expensive to be getting a group discount. After completing the reservation, because of several discrepancies over what I was being told, I decided to call the hotel again. This time I actually got the Hotel and the Lady in charge of the reservations. a list of issues is as follows: #1 Abbey charged me $211 for each room (I was holding 2 rooms), the actual price of each room was $145. #2 Abbey told me the rooms had to be paid for IMMEDIATELY because here was only 4 rooms left, the rooms are normally paid for upon check out and the hotel reservation lady said there were PLENTY of rooms left for this event. 2 more lies I was told. #3 Abbey repeatedly changed the dates for room cancellation refunds. I called back immediately after speaking to the hotels event coordinator to cancel the rooms. I was told there was a COMPLETE refund if cancelled within a certain time frame of the arrival date, which wasn't for 3 months, so I was more than within ANY timeframe she told me. At this point, after all the deceit from Abbey,I called my credit card company and requested to open a dispute. It was resolved, ResDesk.com refunded my money but charged me $17.99. When I called to ask them WHAT FOR, they said it was a service fee. I cannot see how this place is still operating when all they do is lie and cheat people out of their money!
