Back to say that you're a horrible third party booking site and I will Never book thru you again. And still no offer to comp or make things right. Go ahead and send your generic apology and I'll continue to give other third party my business...which is a lot of hotel and flight bookings as I travel for work.

My personal information was used without my authorization to book a hotel for themselves or a third party. This constitutes fraud and identity misuse. I am actively pursuing this matter with law enforcement. In the meantime, I believe it is important to make others aware to prevent further harm.

Reservationdesk.com is the worst company, they told me I was booking a room with a Mountain View that was a view of a trash pile behind a building. They are sorry people!

I performed a search for a specific hotel that I wanted to stay at. The results came back with the Hotel Name Displayed and the Hotel Logo. I called the number to make a reservation and asked if I was speaking to the hotel staff. The Reservation Desk employee said that he was the reservation desk for this hotel and took my reservation. We went through the reservation process and at the end he told me that this was a non-refundable reservation. I thought I was dealing with the hotel and approved the reservation. Upon approval I was informed of a $17.99 fee for making the reservation. At that time, I realized I was not dealing directly with the hotel and that I had been defrauded of $17.99 fee. I requested an immediate cancellation for reasons of fraud and I was transferred to Customer Service. I explained that I was defrauded and requested a cancellation. The Customer Service representative said he didn't have the authority to cancel a non-refundable reservation. He put me on hold while he called a Supervisor then returned to tell it would take 3-5 days to get a response. The response may or may not be an approval of my refund. It is unreasonable for me to make another reservation at the hotel of my choice when I don't know for sure that this fraudulent transaction has not been cancelled. Consequently, I am keeping this reservation in order to manage my exposure to even greater expenses by making a second reservation without any certainty that this fraudulent one was cancelled. I explained all of this to the Customer Service Represent and explained to him that I would be complaining to the BBB and other sites to prevent other shoppers from falling victim to this fraud.

No honestly ….. after I book the hotel with water park and he gave me all the details in Canadian dollar he charged me in US$ and the water park was not included and no refund for the money I was so upset me and my friends

I was getting some information on the hotel that I want to stay at like the address, if there is a restaurant and if there is a shuttle sevice the lady answering my questions with dullness and sighing everytime she put me on hold rudely hung up when I was mid sentence thanking her for her time and that I would be calling back. Absolutely rude! I called right back hoping to get the same perosn so I can get an explanation of what her problem was but if was a guy who picked up this time. I did tell him why I was calling again but I told him I understand it's out of his control. No reason to treat people this way.

This site is deceiving . They will not alter your reservation - even if. A month ahead of arrival . They take your money Z if us a scam . Do not use this company . You are misled from the first contact believing Marriott cannot be booked directly ., I made a reservation , needed to cancel & was basically told they do not cancel . Yet they said they did when I initially made it . Do not use . Buyer beware!

Some how I double booked. Hotel reimbursed it back to Reservation Desk. I never got any. First told all I needed was managers name who confirmed refund, then I was told I needed a written message.
