They book your reservation, take your money, and if you cancel they return as small percentage of the amount you paid. I paid $1,800. and got back $200. Their website looks like you are booking on the hotels website but you are not. Avoid this one like the plague.

I booked a room with Wyndam Resorts, or so I thought I did. Turned out that I was using Reservation Desk, a third party to book my room. I ended up canceling my Reservation. The hotel gave me a cancelation receipt. Wyndham Resorts acknowledged my cancelation. Reservation Desk acknowledged my cancelation but refuses to refund my $550.63. They told me that it is because I opened a dispute with my credit card company. Even though the dispute is closed they still refuse to refund my money because I had filed a dispute. This is a retaliatory response from Reservation Desk, which is illegal. They also refuse to respond to the Better Business Bureau. In the end, Reservation Desk has kept my money for a service I did not receive. As long as Wyndam Resorts continues to use Reservation Desk for their bookings I will not stay at any of their properties! It has been 4 months since the cancelation. I have received emails telling me I will not be getting my money back because of the dispute. Beware of this company and their bad business practices.

Scam! Total scam. I thought I was talking to the reservation desk at the hotel! They are not to be trusted in any way. I wanted to cancel my reservation after I found out that there are RATS at the hotel based on reviews. They told me that they are a third-party booking company and are not responsible for the condition of the hotel. That is when I realized that I had not talked directly to the hotel. When I looked at the reservation email I received, I noticed that they post the hotel policies: one promising that the hotel maintains cleanliness and disinfecting standards of Wyndam Hotels. How can that be if there are RATS! I want a refund because of the deception of the company, leading me to believe that they were the reservation desk at the hotel and also because the hotel's level of cleanliness is substandard.

This site is a complete SCAM and a total disaster! I want to share my horrible experience. Last week, I booked a hotel in Niagara through this site. I clearly mentioned that my only requirement was a room with a Niagara Falls view. The operator — a lady — confidently said, “Yes, yes, you’ll get that for sure.” She even put me on hold for a few minutes, came back, and said, “Good news! I spoke to my senior and got you a Falls View room for $144 everything included and it’s a special discount.” I asked her multiple times about the view, and she kept assuring me that the room definitely had a Falls view. After booking, I called the hotel directly to confirm my reservation — and that’s when the shock hit me. The hotel staff said they don’t even have Falls View rooms and that their regular rooms cost around $65 with check-in at 4 PM and checkout at 11 AM! I was furious! The Falls view was the only reason I booked this hotel — it was something my kids were excited about — and that lady completely ruined our plan, our excitement, and our trip with her lies and fake promises. I called the helpline again, explained everything, and another agent simply said, “Sorry.” When I asked for a refund, he said the Ramada Wyndham management refused, but he would “escalate” the issue and it could take up to 10 days to process — and in the meantime, he suggested I book another hotel through them! I had no other choice since my trip was just two days away, but this entire experience was a nightmare. They charged me double the actual price, no breakfast included, and gave me false information just to make a sale. I strongly warn everyone do NOT trust this site. They are scammers, they lie to customers, and they have the ability to ruin your trip and waste your hard earned money.

I went from the Marriot page for a reservation, but they don't tell you it's a third party company named "reservation desk". This company is shady. Added fees then when I asked for the breakdown of charges I said a reservation fee? What??? Added fees for just reserving the room? They should be paying me to stay there now! I asked for 2 rooms together. She billed separately after taking my credit card gave me the resv number for one, then said,,Oh sorry there are no more rooms! I said cancel, she said it's non-cancellable. I am furious they charged me and I needed adjoining room for babies. Didn't say it cannot be cancelled when she took my card number. Shady! Seriously Marriot???

This company is a SCAM operator. Do not use them under any conditions. Asked if I was speaking with the hotel chain and they said yes, when I realized after a few minutes I was not I told them to I wanted to immediately stop and cancel my reservation even before they gave me a confirmation number. They are now trying to charge me $ 270.00 for the cancellation even though they never even were never able to even complete it. Total SCAM operation. Do not use. If I could give them negative five stars I would. Also I am disputing the charge with my bank.

What a scam. My business trip changed the dates and they will NOT change my reservation at the hotel. I am out $550.

They are a complete ripoff. They pretend to be the hotel website, but are actually a 3rd party booking through reputable platforms like Expedia. They overcharge the actual rate when booking, and refuse to refund the difference after you receive your bill from the hotel. I will be contacting all necessary authorities, news media, and social media about this experience. They overcharged me over $550.00 for a 5 night beach stay.
