NOT once did I ever ask for the services of this company! I was on a casino's hotel availability. I was redirected to Reservationdesk.com's website. I reserved a suite, unknowing that it was with this company. They mock the original website well. The clock on Reservationdesk.com's website, stops allowing you to book once a certain time hits. So my reservation was made for the next day. The casino was booked and there were NO availability. This was no doing of mine. The casino immediately issued a refund, I have been told that my refund was issued twice. Once on March 11,2026 and then again on March 18th,2026. My refund has been released from the casino. Now, after escalation team tells me that my refund had been denied! HOW can it be denied when the refund has already been issued directly from the casino and issued on 2 separate occasions? It's NEVER been pushed through to my bank. This company is a joke and a fraud! Do NOT USE THEIR SERVICES! ALL I AM GETTING IS THE RUNAROUND! THEY ARE SCAMMERS! I WILL ALSO BE CONTACTING The Casino who will want to know who is representing their company. All of this traspired on March 7,2026 and it is now March 27,2026.

One of the worst reservation apps I ever dealt with didn't want to refund me my back. Wanted to get my money back, and tried to cancel so I can make reservations at the same hotel but different location. Book another hotel through them. They said they couldn't modify my reservations booked the wrong Hotel. Very rude, people didn't want to help me at all. If I was you I would never use this site again.

If I could give zero stars I would. I specifically asked if my 19yr old son was able to check in. She assured me yes not a problem at all. He shows up at 10:30 at night and hotel staff told him no. He's on the other side of the country and we were left scrambling trying to find him a room. This same "service" answered 2 of the hotels in called. Beyond rude. I asked again the age thing was told again no problem I asked for the hotels number so I could ask them directly and she said Google it and hung up. 2nd time asked the same question she said call them directly I said this is the number listed as their number on the website. Hung up. I will NEVER use these people again.

Thought I was booking with the hotel directly but it was through a 3rd party. I asked if the pool and hot tub was working and they said absolutely. After a 2 hour drive I find out it is not working. I have been calling for days trying to get my refund. Every time I call they say they have to speak to the back office and will return my call.

This place is a scam, basically stole my money without giving goods or service. I thought I was booking a stay with Hilton Double Tree Hotel in San Jose, CA, but it was a third party posing as the actual hotel. they only gave you 24 hours to cancel your reservation and you cannot change the date or postpone your reservation for another day. I explained to them that my event was postpone to May from April and they were not willing to accommodate me but rather they just took my money. They scammed me out of $350.00 DO NOT USE THEM

Booked me at the Adara Hotel Palm Springs CA, 3.07.2026 for one night. The manager put my husband and I in the worst room possible. The entrance door was filthy, the small refrigerator was flat on the floor, the bathroom was basic, the light had a timer, and the window stills was dusty and dirty, not locked. This was a motel not a hotel

Same as everybody else. I thought I was dealing with the hotel itself and got overcharged. AVOID!!!

Dishonest, not business professional and policies are not specific. Thought that we were dealing with the hotel directly when calling. The reservation was at a hole in the wall building, posing as a hotel. Stay away from them.
