This company claimed I placed an order, for what I don't know, on 12/20/24. It charged my credit card tied to my bank account for $11.99. Fortunately I received a fraud alert from my bank. My card has been blocked since then and I dispute this charge.

To be honest I feel like a complete idiot for booking with these scammers. They never provided any information during the booking process regarding charges of price or extra fees. I naively press confirm booking hoping it will take me to the further option to add additional services like breakfast etc. Instead, the booking was confirmed without giving me any further details. I found out that an extra amount of money (over €100) was charged to my account. Cancellation is not refundable!

Absolute shambles of a booking website. Due to a flight delayed overnight (easyJet review pending), I was forced into booking a hotel. Amidst the panic, The first thing I typed in was “Stanstead Raddison” and to my luck, the cheapest room advertised was £108. A few clicks later and card details confirmed, the statement now reads $198 and a separate $12 direct to reservationscentre (£170 total). The man at the desk couldn’t be bothered for any responsibility (fair enough) and I didn’t dig too deep as supposedly EJ will reimburse me or any “reasonably priced hotel”. Let’s see… This is maybe the first domino in a lot of customer service. Coincidentally, I will be staying clear of this website and booking only through hotels or other booking agents. Or… not using EasyJet (can’t help myself tho)

SCAM !!! I booked a room advertised at £26 on their website (and no mention of booking fees) only for the confirmation email later to quote USD49.10 (£39.24) plus USD11.99 (£9.58) in charges to my Amex card... That's nearly double what the website advertised. I tried to contact ReservationCenter.com on their advertised phone number but I could not get through to anyone. Amex was totally useless. When I contacted them the same day, when the transactions were still showing as 'pending' they said they could not stop them. I disputed the unrecognized charges but they sided with the scammers. SHAME AMEX !!!!
