Hopless organisation. Looked like I was booking direct with Hotel. I made an error (or might of been a glitch on their side) with incorrect dates. Could not get refund. All they needed to do was drop hotel an email about it. Spent an hour on phone to America and the hotel I was to stay at but not able to sort it. I will never use them again! Dont normally leave reviews but am cross about this experience.

Me too! How is this company allowed to operate? Where is the balance and checks? Quoted £67 for a room but charged 124 US Dollars. There was also an extra 9 dollars which my bank saw as possible fraud and contacted me. End result, over charged and I’ve had to cancel my bank card. Email sent but no reply. Disgusting pigs which Google should ban.

This is a rip off site. They bill you more than the quoted amount and won't let you cancel.

I booked a room a week in advance. I meant to hold the reservation not pay for it. I got an email “paid in full.” I thought I was booking with the hotel site. Somehow it switched over to these people. My trip was to be paid by my company. So I wanted to use that credit card. Once I got the confirmation email there were no cancellations, changes or substitutions. This was not revealed until afterwards. Now I’m disputing it with my credit card company. This was such a Sam. Avoid this company! It’s an outright scam!

My story has been told through and through reading through this website. We booked a stay at Mercure in Canberra (Australia) using reservationscenter.com and the AU charge was $133, everything was done correctly by choosing AU$ currency but once the booking was confirmed a payment of $204.57 was charged for the hotel stay plus a fee of $19.37 charged by the reservations center. This is fraudulent and deceitful behaviour. This organisation should not be allowed to continue scamming people.

Zero stars... agree will all other comments. This company just rip you off quoting hotels at bargain of the day with no mention of all the add ons they charge. They are earning enough to pay to come up first on Google searches as well..

I would give this lower than 1. Booked reservation and asked for a date in February, the confirmation quoted March, have tried immediately to try and contact them but they are 100% uncontactable and based in USA. Really dissappointed, didnt even realise I wasnt booking direct with Holiday Inn Express. Then see random amounts being deducted from my AMEX. This company are not hotel companies, but seem to be portraying themselves as one. AVOID

I feel like an absolute fool, I thought i was booking a room on the hotel website. Booked the room, quoted a price, then was charged £40 more on my card than was quoted. They charge in US dollars, not even sure i have a room. Be careful
