ReservationscenterReviews of reservationscenter.com

How is this website still on Google search? Reading through everyone's input, I'm thinking, yes, that's exactly what happened to me. Thought I was booking directly through the hotels reservation website, the price looked correct when i clicked on the button to complete the transaction. Then i see a carge go through on my card that is $111.33 more than i expected. The description of the line item on the receipt is, "Tax Recovery Charges & Service Fees." I call BS, this is a straight up scam. Was given $291.33 price for booking two nights hotel, but charged $402.66 & $11.99 for admin! Total fraud, how has this been allowed to continue on Google search engine? Too many people have & are continuing to be robbed by this company. It's immoral, unlawful and should be stopped.

Booked with this centre...tried to cancel our booking as our flight was cancelled and didnt need it anymore. After endless emails to get a refund with no reply, I rang the US & got a recorded message basically telling me my room was non refundable.....my booking is still a month off. Not happy with myself for booking through this company and not happy that i have just lost $350...NEVER USE THIS BOOKING AGENCY EVER!!!!

Dishonest, advertise in AU charge in US. Block our emails. Ended up paying $100 over the best flexible rate. No refund for cancelling. Fool me for being caught out. Stay clear of them. At least we do have a reservervation. I checked in case I turned up to no room at the hotel. So disappointing.Ref. 280_4164434

I've been duped by this company too. Advertised rate £80, ended up paying £120. I wasn't paying attention, they came up as travelodge.reservationscentre.com. just trying to verify my booking.

Nobody intentionally books through this company, when you google a hotel, they hijack your booking by pretending to be the hotel website with reasonable prices in local currency. You pick your room, book and bang you are stung with US currency, US taxes, fees, credit card charges and poor exchange rates, along with terms and conditions you didn’t agree to, no cancellation, no refund. The only consolation is that your room is actually booked, usually through a site such as booking.com In my case the hotel had received my booking through booking.com who had received it through “a third party”, the hotel couldn’t do anything, booking.com weren’t interested and there was no way to contact the “Reservation Center” without incurring huge international call fees, even the email address that trustpilot has bounced. Hotels.com offered a price of £158 The Hotel itself offered £145 When trying to book through hotel, I was hijacked by these guys and offered the £145 room - I ended up paying almost £220 for my mistake.

Do not trust this company at all costs‼️ Are they actually a company or are they just scammers⁉️ Has anybody managed to get any money back from them❓They are pretending to be a reputable 3rd party company as I’ve been in touch with the 3rd party company and the hotel that was booked.

Howcome this website is still on Google search? Reading through everyone's input, I'm thinking, yes, that's exactly what happened to me yesterday. I've tried all avenues to remedy my own dealings with this company. 1st Agoda then Priceline, then Getaroom, they all passed me around saying you need to talk to these to get a resolution. But no matter, you hit a brick wall with each one! How did this happen to me? Was given £145 price for booking I nights hotel, but charged $262.37 & $11.99 for admin! Total fraud, how has this been allowed to continue on Google search engine? Too many people have & are continuing to be robbed of their cash. It's immoral, unlawful and should be stopped & taken to court. I have reported this website on the American Fraud page. To be scammed by an American website adds insult to injury. I still don't know how this happened, I use online ordering & booking for lots of different products. Hotels, holidays, airlines, clothing etc. I'm completely stressed and unable to take it in that I've been robbed.

Appalling..... I have just (accidentally) booked a hotel room through them for TWICE the price of all other booking agencies! I made the booking on my phone in a hurry and thought it was the Ibis website. The confirmation is in US$ with no cancellation rights. They dont answer their phone. The only good news that I have got the room having double checked with the hotel.
