This company can improve only by shutting down! 100% SCAM SITE!! When you get to the final submission, there is nothing that shows you that you will be paying an EXTRA $200 (in my case) until you get your receipt! It is non-refundable and is done in a way that even your credit card company cannot help. You have no recourse but to pay these theiving b*st*rds!! From now on, I will call directly to book!!!

Don’t book anything especially Mercure Panthers Penrith through RESERVATIONSCENTER.COM Everything is quoted in AUD all the way through until you get your payment confirmation then everything is referred to in USD. so two rooms quoted at $210 each for 1 night so a total of $420 AUD Total deducted from my account in AUD $622 after being converted and charged in USD This included a $19 foreign exchange charge. Fine print zero refund for cancellation and impossible to contact. Grrr So never use reservationscenter.com The room was sold by Mercure to Agoda who on sold to this criminal company.

Should be 0. Don’t book through them! They have hidden charges that they don’t tell you about and you can’t get hold of them. If you cancel you don’t get a refund! I am now in the process of claiming a chargeback. They should be shut down.

The amount deducted from my credit card was WAY higher than the price advertised online! They know all the tricks - pressure to book quickly with the 'Only 1 room left' lie. A currency conversion fee, a 'cleaning fee' when the hotel is not even in the same country, and a massive booking fee. And they're still sending me 'Book now and Save' emails. Avoid these con-artists at all costs!!

Similar experience to Grant from Australia. We were booking a Rydges Melbourne room (from Brisbane). But reservations Centre gave a misleading result appearing to be a direct Rydges booking. Got charged in USD $755AUD and an $18.89 fee, for a $546 AUD room (2 nights). My wife in process of getting it refunded. Read the URL carefully and avoid!!!

If I could leave a minus review I would. Do not book through theses grubs. They lied about a room in Australia for AUD $222. NO other fees were disclosed in booking or after booking. Checked my bank and I was charged- Reservation. $18.93 Currency fee. $ 9.73 Another currency fee. $0.57 Hotel booking. $325.65 Do not book through these thieves. Have sent 5 emails and no response of course. Obviously common practice in the USA.

Front for Hotels Value, or visa versa. They hijack your web search then charge you huge fees on your booking. A $131 room cost me over $470 and the a long winded dispute process with the CC company. Thieving scammers scum.

Total rip off website. They make you think you are booking the hotel direct. I realised what I had done when I saw the amount in US dollars. Immediately cancelled and although they state in their cancellation policy that before a certain date you are fully refunded, this is not the case. I have had a US $64 administration fee taken out. Do NOT book through this site. As an x hotel worker I should have been more diligent. I feel totally ripped off
