This company is a scam. I never pushed the submit button for the reservation and instead clicked out of the reservation. I then got an email charging me over $600.00 fire the reservation i never authorized by submitting my confirmation. I called immediately and was told too bad we can't help you. You must have clicked the submit button and even though I had called immediately, they would not reverse the charge. I will now have to appeal the charge with Mastercard. DO NOT USE THIS THIRD PARTY RESERVATION CENTER. IT IS A SCAM!!!

As with other reviews didn't realise there would be additional ,200 pound ,costs ,which were not evident until confirmation received ,not contactable and non refundable ! APPALLING company Do not use Have contacted BBC Watchdog in hope they might be able to do something to stop this awful company

God I wish I had read these terrible reviews before I used this company. They literally charged my account more than the amount I had agreed upon. I called to change the date of my reservation and they wouldn’t allow me to. So I’m out of over $150 when I was originally supposed to only pay $92… DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY / PEOPLE !!!! They are scammers.

Zero star - do not touch them. Like people are saying in other reviews, it is AUD until you get your receipt, then it is USD - absolute scam & no refund. Governments need to prosecute these thieves severely

Absolutely disgusted. Booked a hotel showing AUD and end up paying in US dollars. Very underhanded and once you realise the mistake it's too late and there is no refund. Why on earth would someone in Australia book something in Australia and then pay in US dollars?? And these reviews mean nothing as nothing will be done about it. If you had any credibility you would refund the money for the Australians that have booked through your sites.

No star rating! You advertised in AUD and charged in USD ! I can see you've done this to other people. I've tried numerous times to contact you prior to booking and no replies. You advertised your services available 24/7 but that's not true! Deeply disappointed

They delibrately charge you more than what they quote, so you can cancel it, and then get no refunds. That's what this scam is about!

What everyone else is saying, this is a scam site, DO NOT BOOK, they will charge you more than what they say on the screen, trust me!
