As close to a scam as it can get! Reservation Center.com pops up while trying to book from actual hotel site, then charges more. This site needs to be shut down!

Never never use this site. The hotel site was $300 cheaper AND they insanely charge a $666 cancellation fee 20 minutes after booking. I will be disputing the charge.

This is a total scam. You think you are dealing with the reservation center to the hotel you want to book (in this case, Hampton Inn Kendall FL) but you are not. They hide the fact that your over-priced reservation is nonrefundable until after you pay, and they charge your credit card immediately. I canceled within 45 min of making my reservation and they charged me the full amount of the reservation. When I realized I had no recourse, I tried to go ahead and use that reservation because Hampton Inn told me it was still active several days later. After many attempts to speak to a human being Reservation Center said they couldn't let me because Hampton Inn already had my money, which was a lie. They said I would have to book another reservation. The agent would not let me speak to a supervisor. I don't know how any hotel lets this Reservation Center link to their site. When you call the credit card company or hotel, they say you booked with Priceline.

A total scam company. Do not book with them. They add costs after you have paid and obviously they do not exist as anything other than a scam company. I cancelled immediately after I saw the added cost but of course they could not be reached and just let me know that I had to pay for the room in full anyway. What a scam! After this, my bank reported that they saw a suspected money draw on my account and stopped that. They had tried to draw another 12 dollars to the 350 they already had. The 12 dollar they did not get, but unfortunately the 350. Now that card is stopped of course. I hate scammers!

Absolute rip off with hidden charges and no breakfast at the hotel as advertised

Horrible theiving robbery company, state £ but then take in $ and add taxes and fees, Horrible American robbers, Steal your money and you can do nothing.

Same as everyone else. Appeared to be hotel site charging in local currency, only to be charged in USD with extra fees when I checked the credit card. Not refundable. Misleading scam.
