SCAMMERS! They lead you to a website that looks like your on the hotel's website / they charge in Us dollars + add service and reservations fees. This DOUBLES the cost of the room almost! When you call them, they promise to connect you to a "customer service agent" but all you get is endless music.

What a rip off! The site said I was reserving a room at a Bed & Breakfast at a certain price. What I got was a bed in the attic, no breakfast, and a charge $75 more than posted.

Charged $150 for a one night stay in a dive motel that was advertised as $95 flat fee including taxes. They also charged me another $11.99 from ANOTHER 4th party that they said was the 3rd party. It’s all a confusing scam that you’ll never get your money back and I think it should be illegal.

“this site is a scam!! be carefull! even my credit card company contacted me and blocked my card. you see a good rate in euro for the hotel (reasonable, not to good to be true) you also think that you are on the hotels website (my mistake, did not take good care!). the charge you more than 40 euro extra. And after that try to collect another 11.99 dollar. No idea why! The hotel told me this is an affiliate marketing site from booking.com. But Booking didn't find my reservation. I complaind at reservationcenter.com. Surprise surprise..... they don't react. It's a computerfraud! Please be carefull!”

What a shocking scam, assumed I was on the hotels website when booking, fees were not disclosed, cost twice the price advertised and lied about the hotel facilities.

Booked a hotel room price on website was $144gbp for one night so assumed this was in pounds as it said gbp which stands for Great Britain pounds entered my card details there was no confirmation page of the charges it came straight off my card the amount was $289 dollars which is approximately £222 British pounds not the 144 as advertised tried ringing them couldn’t get past the automated answering service rang my card company to dispute the charge they couldn’t do anything till it showed on my account then I could dispute it and to add insult to injury the phone call trying to contact them cost me another £25 do not use this company as the prices don’t match up to the price they advertise the price is in dollars even though it’s say gbp and don’t give you the option to check before they take the money from your card
