They advertised in NZ dollars and charged in US. Cannot get a refund. This company is a total scam. Do not use them.

DO NOT book with these, they charge extra that you don't know about until you check your bank, then when you try to contact them, they ask for £1 which turns into £35 per month (I didn't pay the£1) tried phoning but couldn't get through, hotel can't do anything about it. I'm furious. Booked on 15th today is 21st, still trying to get some sense out of them.

Same experience, doubled charge after submit. Have complained to Credit Card company. However the people that can do something about this are Mastercard and Visa, they wouldn't be able to carry out an online business if they can't use credit and debit cards. So raise the issue with your credit card company who will then try to get Visa/Mastercard to recover the amount. Mastercard and Visa will say its not their problem but if they get lots of complaints they will eventually withdraw the facility for this company.

Somehow I booked the wrong dates (I actually think they try to trick you by changing the date) when I hit "confirm reservation " it showed the wrong dates. I immediately called the number and they said no refund no changes to the reservation. I originally thought I was booking directly through the hotel, but somehow I was on this 3rd party b.s. site. Even though it was not the hotels fault, it makes the hotel look bad too (because the hotel can't change to reservation either). Hotels should stop accepting reservation through these scammy 3rd party companies.

Don’t get caught into booking anything through this site. It’s American.. when you finally look at you card statement they will have added a lot (in my case almost £200 for charges) also you will get a sterling charge for changing the amount from dollars into sterling. ITS A RIP OFF. I spent two days trying to cancel and get my money back. No chance.

This company are scanners, I thought i was booking through hotel reservations and booked 2 nights shown as £344 when I received confirmation it was shown in American dollars and another £181 was added for cleaning and taxes. Unfair not showing this before you accept bookings. I cancelled as thought it's a spam but they haven't refunded my bill. I tried a chargeback with my credit card but have been told I have to take it up with the company. Tried calling it says number unrecognisable, tried emailing and comes back undeliverable Ridiculous company is getting away with this scamming everyone using the company as there's lot's of the same reviews about this company. Just wish I'd read before booking

Total scam. Booked a room for £107 and was charged £161 plus £9.29 booking fee. No idea I'd booked through a 3rd party. Thought I was dealing direct with the hotel. My bank has blocked them incase they try to misuse my card details in future. No prospect of getting money back though. They are in the US anyway apparently.

I too was scammed today. Thought I was booking directly with the hotel and it was a good deal. Then after confirming the booking, the price increased and extra charges were added.I cancelled and free cancellation and refund were promised but am not hopeful about teceiving my refund after checking other reviews. Appalling that this company gets away with this repeated scam.
