USE THIS SITE AT YOUR OWN PERIL. Wish I had checked Trustpilot before using this booking site. Same experience as everyone else, advertised room at one price, charged considerably more. Thankfully there are plenty other accurate booking sites out there. Lesson learnt.

Added $120 to a $223 hotel booking for “taxes and service” charge. It’s a scam! Somehow they bypassed the Amex safekey. Will be disputing charge but no response on phone or email. AVOID!

DO NOT USE….I can’t put Zero but I booked an IBIS hotel in the UK through this site and they charged me an extra £60 on booking…for no reason. Bank said wait until the payment has gone through and re contact them for a payment dispute. DO NOT USE

I was just scammed when tying to book IBis hotel in UK. I thought it was original IBis website with all the rooms and prices listed. The room was advertised for £65 which I thought I was paying. Then I saw they tried to take £98 instead and immediately reported this to bank's scam team. They are real scammers. Checked with the IBis hotel, they said the reservation was made on my name via booking.com (!) for £78.

This is basically a scam site. Use booking.com or another trustworthy site instead.

Do not use this company, a complete scam. I thought I was booking direct with DeltaMarriot hotel, but it is a 3rd party company. The initial price on the booking £101 was incorrect when the payment went through I paid way more (£162.90) than the initial price with taxes and booking fees. It was cheaper with the hotel direct and booking.com. I called them to try and cancel but no chance and to top it off the call cost me £146 as I didn't realise it was a US number and I was calling from the UK. I called and emailed DeltaMarriot hotels direct as they said they were concerned but no reply since 5th March. AMEX also couldn’t do anything. The payment was taken by a company called getaroom.com. Another payment of £9.73 was also taken by hamptoninnsuites.reservation-center.com so it looks like a right scam.

Booked for a Travellodge in UK for June. Price £162 for 3 days, special offer. once booked $100 was immediately thrown into the mix. Cancelled immediately. Apparently non refundable, but there is a line in the small print that you can get a refund for a small period of time. I am now waiting for my bank to receive the demand for the money before I can do anything. Be careful that when you book with Travelodge you are booking direct and not with this rip off company. It looks so genuine.
