Total scam!! Their fees are outrageous!! Do not book through this third party site!!

Total scammers , i live in NZ and the Motel i booked with with these scammers i have previously booked using the motels own website. This time when booking i thought i was in there website again , made the booking as it was advertised as ‘book now save $20nz so for the night was $150nz . After i booked i got a email confirmation of the booking but approx $88 us dollars and a further $38 us for tax was taken out of my credit card , totally around $225 nz when the room is only $150nz , at no time on checkout was US currency mentioned or a tax mentioned, i am lucky it was only $75nz more . 3 things should happen 1- google take them down.2- visa and master card should take away there right to be using it. 3- the motels who allow them to book should also stop them as i made them aware . Check the website your in as these sponsors sites are scammers , shame on google for allowing them … They never once replied to my request about cancelling and would i get a refund if i did cancel.

Even if you cancel your reservation you will still be charged and you cannot reach them to get a refund

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolute scam. Accidentally made a reservation through them, not realising it was not the hotel's own website. Immediately tried to cancel, both by email and through their website. No response. Initial email from them in my inbox. Phoned my bank but they were unsympathetic. All subsequent emails into my spam folder. When I put in my name and reservation number, up pops "we do not recognise that". Now fighting with my bank to get a charge back.

COMPLETE SCAM-DO NOT USE!Same experience as previously stated by others Booked in what I assumed was NZD397 and charged AUD589! No confirmation ever received from reservation center. Just debit on credit card that bank won't charge back. My fault for not realising USD conversion, although website flicked around so much, I couldn't see much at all. Unable to contact anyone for assistance. have learned a lesson, never use sponsored websites on Google.

DO NOT USE RESERVATIONS CENTER THEY ARE A SCAM!!! CHARGED 70 DOLLARS EXTRA. EVEN WHEN RESERVATION WAS MADE FOR WRONG NIGHT NO REFUND!!!!

Should be 0. Total scam. Much higher rates than direct hotel and they won’t refund. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Just what others say - this is eadily mistaken for your desired hotel's own reservation site. They don't disclose hotel taxes and fees so you end up paying way more than the adverised rate. In addition, tbey later charge you a separate fee for using their service.
